Account Management

How do I create an account?

Click the "Register" button on the homepage, fill in your details (name, email, phone number, password), agree to the terms, and submit. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.

How do I verify my account?

Go to Account Settings > Verification. Upload a valid government ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and complete the verification process. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No, each user is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.

How do I change my password?

Go to Account Settings > Security > Change Password. Enter your current password and new password, then confirm the change.

What trading pairs are available?

We offer 100+ trading pairs including BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, BNB/USDT, forex pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY), commodities (Gold, Silver, Oil), and indices (S&P 500, NASDAQ).

What are the trading fees?

Fees vary by account type: Standard: 0.1%, Premium: 0.08%, VIP: 0.05%. Volume discounts are available for high-volume traders. All fees are visible in your dashboard before executing trades.

What is leverage and how does it work?

Leverage allows you to trade larger positions than your account balance. For example, 10x leverage means a $100 deposit can control $1000 in trades. While this amplifies profits, it also increases potential losses.

Can I use automated trading bots?

Yes! orbits8 features built-in trading bots that can automate your strategies. Click "Run Bot" in your dashboard to configure parameters like trade size, indicators, and risk management settings.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major cryptocurrencies.

What is the minimum deposit amount?

Minimum deposit is $10 for cryptocurrencies and $50 for bank transfers and credit/debit cards.

How long do deposits take?

Crypto deposits: 10-30 minutes (after network confirmations). Bank transfers: 1-3 business days. Credit/debit cards: Instant. PayPal: Instant.

Are there deposit fees?

Most deposit methods are free. Crypto deposits may incur network fees, which are displayed before confirmation. Bank transfers may have fees from your bank.

Withdrawals

How do I withdraw funds?

Go to Wallet > Withdraw, select your withdrawal method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after security review.

How long do withdrawals take?

Processing time: 24 hours. Crypto withdrawals: 30-60 minutes after approval. Bank transfers: 2-5 business days. Cards: 3-5 business days.

How do I enable 2FA?

Go to Security Settings > Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy, then enter the 6-digit code to enable.

Is my money safe?

Yes! We use bank-grade security, cold storage for crypto assets (95% offline), multi-signature wallets, and regular security audits. All funds are segregated from operational funds.

What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access?
